Do you have an appreciation for amazing art by incredibly talented local artists? How about an appreciation for FREE wine and yummy bites? Well we’ll have both for your sampling pleasure from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23 at The Lofts, Condo 718!

Our spirited Station Insider, Melanie Ofenloch, of DallasWineChick.com, will serve as co-host for this elegant evening, which will feature more than 15 pieces of original artwork by Dallas-based artists Michael Cross and Samantha McCurdy. Both artists will be on-hand to mix and mingle with guests, and will have all of their featured pieces available for sale.

In addition, attendees can enjoy sampling a variety of seasonal wines courtesy of Pioneer Wine Company. The wine tasting will be paired with light fare by chefs from Café Momentum, a nonprofit restaurant concept conceived by Parigi co-owners Chad Houser and Janice Provost that serves as a culinary training facility for the disadvantaged. A $5 raffle will be held on behalf of Café Momentum with a grand prize of two tickets to the Savor Dallas Arts District Wine Stroll, dinner and a bottle of wine from The People’s Last Stand and a basket of select wines from Pioneer Wine Company.
